These are creations I have done.
I  get to use a lot of bright colors here. We are fortunate to work with Wella Koleston hair color. I do mostly bread and butter work like long blond highlights, but these are some of the cool brighter colors. Most are a color called SPECIAL EFFECTS and the base colors are Wella, so enjoy.
